You can generate a new password by clicking on ‘Log in’ on our homepage, then on ‘Password’ and then entering your email address. Not received an email, or your password does not work? Please contact credit.information@intrum.com.
How can I apply for a new web portal user? arrow_upward
If you already have a contract, you can request a new account by emailing credit.information@intrum.com. We need the following information: first and last name of the new user and the email address. We will then create a new user account and send the log-in information to the requested email address.
How can I obtain an overview of all my active users? arrow_upward
If you would like an overview of your current user accounts, please send an email to credit.information@intrum.com and ask for an overview of the current users.
Can an existing web portal user account be deactivated? arrow_upward
Yes. To do so, please send an email to credit.information@intrum.com with the user-ID which has to be deactivated.
How can I obtain an overview of the queries I have made? arrow_upward
If you would like an overview of your queries, please email credit.information@intrum.com and ask for an overview of your current queries. In your email, please let us know the desired time period.
